Cole Palmer has claimed the Premier League’s Young Player of the Season award following the 22-year-old’s sensational campaign.

Palmer, who joined Mauricio Pochettino’s side earlier this season from Manchester City, has been the Blues’ star man, scoring a whopping 27 goals in 47 appearances across all competitions.
