Reflecting on his experience, Grenade expressed a sense of confusion and anger as he struggled to recollect the events that transpired during his time in rehabilitation. His disappearance from the public eye left fans curious about his whereabouts. However, unbeknownst to many, Grenade was dealing with personal issues, including substance abuse, which disrupted his progress and kept him out of the spotlight.

“I know my fans missed me and I also missed them so much. I have been trying to put my life together by getting help. And I have been in a rehabilitation center, and I can confirm that I am now doing so well,” Grenade shared, acknowledging the support he received during his journey.

The turning point came when the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), spearheaded by fellow artist Eddy Kenzo, intervened. Recognizing Grenade’s struggle, Kenzo facilitated his admission into a rehabilitation center, where he could receive the necessary support and mental help to overcome his challenges.
