Kendrick Lamar is currently making waves in the hip-hop world as he engages in a feud with Drake. While the two exchange insults in their songs, which continue to be heavily consumed by audiences, Lamar achieves a historic milestone on one of Billboard’s most competitive charts with his highly successful album.

“Good Kid, M.A.A.D City” has now spent an impressive 600 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. This achievement places Lamar in a very elite group, as only 13 albums, including his own, have reached this milestone on the ranking of the most-consumed albums in the U.S. Other notable artists in this exclusive club include Adele, Bruno Mars, Eminem, and Michael Jackson.

Currently, the record for the most weeks on the Billboard 200 among all albums is held by Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon,” which has spent 990 weeks on the chart and may soon surpass 1,000 weeks.

Following closely behind is Queen’s “Greatest Hits,” which has spent 592 weeks on the chart. “Good Kid, M.A.A.D City” follows in the footsteps of AC/DC’s “Back In Black,” which recently became the twelfth album to reach the 600-week mark on the chart.
