Sports Minister Ogwang responded to concerns about the delayed completion of Namboole Stadium by shifting blame to Finance Minister Kasaija, citing insufficient funds. Consequently, with the remaining 17 billion delayed, there’s a risk that Uganda Cranes might have to host their upcoming World Cup qualification games outside the country.
