The match was a testament to the resilience and determination displayed by both teams, with Vipers dominating the first half but failing to breach KCCA’s steadfast defense.

The turning point arrived in the 19th minute when Vipers’ forward Yunus Sentamu was forced off the field due to injury, prompting an early substitution.
